AFRICAN PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY NIGERIA is an international leadership
institution that provides undergraduate and graduate education to a diverse population of students to
prepare them for professional careers in leadership. The APLA emphasizes excellence in teaching
and learning supported by applied, pedagogical and basic research of leadership. Our mission is to
enable students to achieve their full leadership potential, to improve the professional knowledge and
skills of our students, to enhance their value to both the Nigerian and international institutions and
companies.
